Jiří has been practicing law since 1999. During his career, he worked in an international law firm. Later, he became a founding partner in a Czech law firm, where he worked for 17 years.
He specializes in legal regulations concerning cybersecurity including ICT and XIoT compliance and governance. He has experience with ICT and XIoT contracts, including specific contracts such as SLA, SMA, OLA, or CSA. He also focuses on digitalization and AI implementation. He regularly lectures on these topics. He also has extensive experience in real estate law, environmental law, insurance, and franchising.
He is a co-author of the professional publication Franchising published by Wolters Kluwer.
Jiří speaks fluent English and German. He has lived long-term in Germany and Australia. In both countries, he gained valuable experience working in law firms.
He studied at the Faculty of Law of Charles University, University of Hamburg, and Central College Sydney.
He is a member of the Czech Bar Association.
Before founding CTIBOR LEGAL law firm, Martina worked since 2009 as a lawyer in international and Czech law firms.
She specializes in cybersecurity incidents, cyber risk insurance, and process implementation related to the Cybersecurity Act and related regulations. She is also active in digitalization and AI utilization.
Martina speaks fluent English and German. She has lived long-term in Germany and USA.
She studied at the Faculty of Law of Charles University.
She is a member of the Czech Bar Association.
